Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility: We understand that sometimes an exchange may be necessary. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.

Exchange Process: Once we receive your exchange request, we will guide you through the next steps. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the original item and sending out the replacement.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of our handmade products and the bespoke nature of many of our offerings, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. We encourage you to carefully review product details and sizing information before making a purchase.
